Sovereign Self. For the person who wants to keep their own judgment and set their own terms when noise, power and AI start to define daily life.
The method is the same for both. It is published in essays on Paragraph, delivered in keynotes, and tested in a hybrid stage form that sits between lecture and theatre.
Method is the part that lasts. AI drafts, analyses and generates detail in seconds. What it cannot do is check itself. That takes a person who holds the methods their own work demands. Legal method to test an argument. Marketing science to test a claim of growth. Empirical and journalistic method to test a source. A leader who commands those methods can verify what the machine produces, and see when a discourse has been rigged by people with an interest in rigging it. The detail is becoming cheap. The method that checks it is not.

Why sovereign? Sovereign is the label for what method makes possible. Cognitive and economic self-determination. The organisation keeps its identity. The person moves from consumer to party, able to verify what they are told, decide for themselves, and organise across borders if power at home is misused. It is not the Sovereign Individual idea of dissolving the social contract. It stands in the European tradition, human rights and the protection of the individual. Rights are tools, not museum pieces.
